JULIA Mullins | Photographer

Originally from San Diego and now rooted in Hendersonville, NC, Julia Mullins is a visual storyteller drawn to people, authentic moments, and the "quiet in-between." With a background in both documentary photography and the organized chaos of live events, she has a refined eye for natural light, human connection, and the small details that often go unnoticed in a story of impact.

Julia brings an atmosphere of ease to every project, whether she is capturing the tender moments of a community initiative in Asheville or documenting complex stories for nonprofits and healthcare organizations. Her appreciation for the "dying art" of film photography informs her digital work, ensuring every frame feels timeless and intentional.

When she’s not behind the lens, Julia is usually reading something immersive, hiking a new trail, or perfecting a homemade California burrito with her husband, Nicholas.
